Jessica is a profoundly committed traditional medicine practitioner and energy worker with training rooted deeply in both North and South American Indigenous traditions. Her work transcends standard definitions, inviting people into a space where spiritual healing, energy work, and ancient wisdom deeply intertwine. Born of a rich European heritage, Jessica has embraced her ancestral roots while honouring the sacred teachings bestowed upon her by Indigenous mentors.
Jessica’s journey includes a comprehensive eight-year apprenticeship with Kathryn McCooeye, through the lineage of Wallace Black Elk. This has prepared her to carry sacred traditions like the chanupa and inipi altar ceremonies, which she holds with reverence for all life. She harmonizes traditional teachings with a personal commitment to walk a path of integrity and grace, sharing these gifts for the benefit of future generations.
The core of Jessica's practice is helping clients connect with their inner selves to alleviate suffering and restore harmony to the mind, body, heart, and soul. Through her extensive toolkit—which includes Reiki, soul retrieval, and ceremonial interventions—Jessica crafts a transformative experience tailored to the unique needs of each person she serves. Her work is not just about healing; it’s a sacred responsibility and a calling that echoes through her dreams and visions.
For Jessica, this path is not just professional; it is deeply personal and spiritual. Driven by love and a commitment to nurturing the collective well-being of all life, she enriches the souls of her clients, opening the doors to new realms of enlightenment and balance. Her unwavering dedication ensures that traditional medicines are accessible to those who seek them, promoting healing and transformation for a more compassionate and interconnected world.

Thank you to the Creators, thank you to the land where I stand, and where all of you who read this stand. Thank you for and to all of Creation; the 2 leggeds, 4 leggeds, wingeds, finneds, creepy crawlies, slithers, green ones, stone ones, and stars.
I am so grateful to currently be residing and working on the traditional territory of the Blackfoot Nations, including the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and Stoney Nakoda peoples.
I am deeply honoured to drink of these rivers and be nourished by this incredible place.
FAQS
I'm new to traditional medicine practices. How do I know if it's right for me?
It's natural to be curious and perhaps a bit uncertain when exploring new forms of healing. Shamanic or Traditional Indigenous medicine can offer profound benefits, from emotional balance to spiritual clarity. You are welcome to schedule a complimentary consultation where we can discuss your goals and concerns. My approach is personalized, and I’m committed to ensuring that the work we do together aligns with your needs and comfort levels.
I have concerns about the authenticity and cultural appropriation of Indigenous practices. How do you address this?
This is a really important question and one that is dear to my heart, as having experienced the profound power of intact traditional ceremonies and medicine traditions first hand, I feel it is absolutely vital to ensure these ancient ways are preserved and protected for generations to come. Personally, I have been deeply trained in both North and South American Indigenous traditions through extensive traditional initiations and apprenticeship with respected teachers and elders. The teachings I carry have been earned through years of testing and demonstration of attributes and virtues, even under duress. They have been passed down with permission and respect. My role is to honor these traditions with integrity and share them lovingly and responsibly. I'm always open to discussing these aspects further to address any concerns and ensure a respectful journey for all.
Can you tell me more about your training?
My shamanic training consisted of a traditional formal apprenticeship where I was initiated into my teacher's medicine lineages and trained 24/7 for an 8 year intensive period. I went from being a silent observer in session work and ceremony to being observed as I led sessions and ceremony with clients and participants. I had the incredible gift of one-on-one guidance and personalized training that required me to be fully immersed in my own healing process and to commit to maintaining that throughout the rest of my life so that I bring my very best to my clients. It was intense, mystical, deeply transformative, and hugely rewarding. The best part about my training is that it is life long, so really, it has only just begun!
Can you tell me more about traditional healing sessions-what can I expect during a session?
Sure! Sessions can be made in person or via phone from anywhere in the world. We begin with an in-depth intake interview, where we have opportunity to get to know one another and build trust. During this time, I am collecting and processing information that comes through on many levels; from spirit guides, ancestors, medicine allies, other incarnations, my intuition and insight, as well as mental/emotional/physical indications of health. This intake process is then followed by tailor-made-for-you interventions based on the information collected and the direction of the medicine allies. Interventions used may include; guided journey work, soul fragment retrieval, path of destiny readings, holistic counselling, intrusive entity extractions, energetic clean ups (including energetic cord cutting), etc. My aim is to create a safe, nurturing environment where you feel supported and empowered throughout the process.
Some clients come for the experience and enjoy one session, some come monthly for clean ups and maintenance, and others need support in addressing deeper wounds. In these cases, I suggest 4-6 sessions within a week or two of each other so we have the momentum to get to the root of things and affect lasting transformation.
Sessions are $175.00/90min. Healing packages are available as is a sliding scale for those in need.
How do children's programs help in their development?
My programs are designed to foster a deep connection between children and nature, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and respect for the environment and all life. Activities are both educational and experiential, aiding in the development of empathy, confidence, and a sense of belonging. I believe every child can benefit from learning about and connecting to the world around them in a holistic way. And they are sooo much fun!!!
How do I know if I need a house or property blessing?
House and property blessings can be beneficial when entering a new space, after significant life changes, or when you feel stagnant energy affecting your living environment. These ceremonies help to cleanse and harmonize the energy, promoting positive and nurturing surroundings. If you’re unsure, we can discuss your concerns and explore whether a blessing is the right step for you. Feel free to connect to schedule a complimentary consultation where we can discuss your specific circumstances.
